Criminal Cases

1. The fees will be commensurate to the amount of work and expertise that we believe your case will require. Since most cases do not go to trial, we recognize that most cases are resolved in the pre-trial stage and therefore will require substantially less work and effort than a jury trial. Our fees are reasonable and should your case go to trial, or likely go to trial, the retainer will reflect that anticipated effort.
   

2. We accept credit cards, paypal and structured payments.
   

3. We do everything we can to see that you are protected and help you afford us.
   

Family Cases

1. We require a substantial retainer for most family related matters.  If a divorce case is simple and parties are in agreement, we are happy to assist in an amicable resolution. On the other hand, we are always aligned towards loyalty to our client. 
   

2. All pre and post divorce matters are individually assessed and based upon time and hourly billed.
   

Commercial Litigation / Collections

1. Hourly or Sliding Scale Contingent Fee Arrangements based on client needs.
